Transfer Form for Emerald Pro and Premium Warranties

Thank you for choosing Malarkey Roofing Products® for your roofing project. Our Emerald Pro and Premium Warranties are available exclusively through Malarkey’s Certified Residential Contractors and offer you an enhanced roofing system warranty backed by quality Malarkey products. Please complete your transfer form below and submit the one-time $75 payment. Once Malarkey reviews the original Emerald Pro or Premium Warranty and information on this transfer form, the Emerald Pro or Premium Warranty will be transferred, if it is eligible for transfer, and coverage will be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the warranty applicable at the time of installation.
